Pan Fry (Recommended): Heat 1-2tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry for 2-3min until the bottoms are golden. Add 2-3tbsp water and cover immediately. Steam for 5-6min until cooked thtough and water evaporated.

Steam: for 8-10min until fully cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
