Deep Fry: 170-180'C (without thawing completely), best when half-thawed). Fry 8-10min until golden brown and crispy. Make sure internal temperature reaches 75'C

Air Fry: 180'C lightly spray or brush the wings with a bit of oil for extra crispiness. Fry 18-22min, turning halfway at the 10min mark. Cook till crispy and fully heated through.
