Cooking Method

Pan Fry: Thaw the smoked duck breast, heat the pan over medium heat, no oil needed. Skin side down and pan-sear for 3-5min until the skin becomes crispy and the fat is rendered. Flip and warm the other side for 1-2min

Oven/Toaster Oven: 180'C bake for 8-10min, let rest before slicing.
