Pan Fry (Recommended) : Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place gyoza flat side down, cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Add a few tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove the lid and cook for another 1–2 minutes to crisp the bottom.

Steam: Steam over boiling water for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
